I have a general law practice with emphasis
in real estate matters, such as: real estate contract preparation, buy-sell transactions, mortgage loan closings, mortgage refinance transactions, title examination, research and opinions, title insurance matters, quiet title actions, foreclosure of mortgage actions, zoning, land use planning issues, landlord-tenant issues, and power of attorney preparation.

Probate Court matters, such as wills, trusts, power of attorney, living wills, and estate administration are areas of my law practice that I can handle for you.

I also represent clients in Family Court concerning such matters as divorce, separations, alimony-spousal support, child custody, child visitation rights, child support, property division, debt allocation, child-spousal abuse allegations, separation agreements, and prenuptial agreements.

I have experience as a trial attorney at all levels of the South Carolina State Court system.

In addition to my litigation experience, I am certified by the State of South Carolina as a Circuit Court Civil Mediator and as a Family-Divorce Mediator.
